Refund Policy

At National Capital Stucco, we take pride in delivering high-quality stucco installation, repair, and parging services across Ottawa. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our work, communication, and professional standards. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services rendered or scheduled.

1. Deposits and Prepaid Services

For all projects, a deposit is required to reserve scheduling, purchase materials, and begin project planning. Once a deposit is received and materials have been ordered or work has commenced, that deposit becomes non-refundable. This is to cover costs incurred in project preparation, materials procurement, and labor allocation.

If you decide to cancel your project within 48 hours of making the deposit, and no materials have been purchased or work started, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel under this condition.

2. Project Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service prior to the project start date. If no material costs or labor have been incurred, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if preparation work has begun, such as planning, surface preparation, or procurement of materials, a partial refund will be issued, deducting any costs already incurred.

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date are subject to review and may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the extent of preparation already completed.

3. Completed Work

Once the stucco or parging work is completed, no refunds will be issued. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, we offer a free quality review and assessment. If the work is found to be inconsistent with our written agreement or industry standards, we will return to make necessary corrections at no extra cost to you.

4. Material Defects or Issues

If any issues arise due to defective materials that were supplied or installed by our team, we will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement or repair. Please notify us within 10 business days of project completion to report any defects or irregularities. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after project completion.

5. Custom Orders

Custom stucco colors, textures, or special finishes that are ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable, even if the project is later canceled. These items cannot be restocked or reused in other projects.

We encourage all clients to carefully review project agreements before work begins. Our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns before, during, or after your project.
